We have mapped out a process for each of our services that will help you with your local or long distance move, as well as enhancing your storage experience with us. We encourage you to ask us as many questions as you need to, especially if this is your first time using moving and storage services. STEP 1:  Complete the online Get A Quote here, or give us a call at 1.87.SMARTBOX (1.877.627.8269) When you contact us, please state whether you are seeking information about a local move, long distance move or storage options with us. Once we know what your individual need is, our SMARTBOX experts will help you to get scheduled and provide you with a free quote.

STEP 2: Prepare your belongings for moving or storage, then receive your SMARTBOX containers.
             

STEP 3: Pack your SMARTBOX container. We never rush you, and we want you to be able to pack at your convenience. Simply, let us know when you are ready to have your SMARTBOX containers picked up, and we will come.  Here are some tips on packing and moving

STEP 4: If you are using our storage service, we will pick up your items and transport them to our secured, temperature-controlled SMARTBOX storage facility. For local or long distance moves, we will pick up your items and transport them to your new location.

STEP 5: Rest easy and get settled!

The SMARTBOX Process

You are already ahead of the game when you choose SMARTBOX as your moving and storage provider. SMARTBOX containers arrive directly to your pick up location, ready to receive your belongings.  Our skilled team of transport experts are trained to know their geographical area, rules and parking regulations for loading and unloading your belongings.

With ground level loading capability, you bypass the need for having to walk up ramps, making packing your items even more convenient and easy. The wide access door that allows you to gain entrance to your SMARTBOX unit is designed to help you load multiple sizes of furniture and various other items with ease.

Our process is proven to help make moving and storage experiences less tiring. Since we work around your scheduling needs, you can pack as quickly or slowly as you choose. We are in your time, and you will not accrue additional charges for not being ready by a certain time.   

When your SMARTBOX container arrives, it will be lowered from the transport truck and placed where you instruct the moving specialists to place it. Simply load in your items and then lock and secure them for pick up. At the time of pick up, your belongings will be loaded onto the transport truck and either moved directly to your new location or delivered directly to the SMARTBOX storage facility to be stored.

SMARTBOX containers are designed to protect against changing weather temperatures and conditions. If it is raining when you begin loading your items into your unit, have no fear, because SMARTBOX containers are covered by waterproof canvas material that keeps your belongings dry and well protected. If you are loading the contents of your unit in extremely cold or hot weather, we have that covered too because SMARTBOX containers protect against temperature changes and humid conditions.
